One of the main reasons why this is a much sought after model for cruisers is the center cockpit ketch layout and deep hull that provides 6'-8" of headroom in the main salon and galley, while still only drawing 5'-8". Unfortunately, a marriage and the birth of a child have kept this boat anchored and neglected for several years, and is now in the need of both mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
